Responsibilities: 

• Worked as Interior Designer (Project, Mobily Showroom, Jizan), responsibility:

* Mobilization, prepare and secure the site, Start works, (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Works) Etc.

* Study final plans, prepare shop drawings for the Site.

* Find subcontractors, make deals with better price, and prepare Quotations.

* Purchase materials and provide to the site.

* Coordinate with all parts and drive the project to accomplish on time.

 

• Worked as Interior Designer (Project, EAMAR Business Building, Rabigh) KAEC, responsibility:

* Coordinate with Site Engineer's, push the work and follow the project plan.

* Follow up with the subcontractors, always pursuit them to accomplish their works on time.

* Follow up all Finishing works, Civil Works, Mechanical Works, and RFI.

May 2013 - January 2014 

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Worked as Salesman & Showroom Designer (Sales & Design Dept.), responsibility:

* Meet the customers and attention to their needs, (The Style, The materials, The design) Etc.

* Follow-up with customers, give them latest updates, give solutions, and pick materials.

* Coordinate with the Branch Manager for further details.

* Prepare Daily Report, full status for showroom visitors.

* Prepare the layout design, give full presentation.

* Visit the site and take real Measurements, Photos for any details

* Present Quotations for customers, give them best price.

 

1.  2. Site Supervision, responsibility:

* Deliver the packages to site, start installation.

* Follow-up with the customers, inform them of updates

* Take full remarks and notes, check the packages on site.

Responsibilities: 

• Worked as Interior Designer (Project, New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport, Jeddah) KAIA, responsibility:

* As a main contractor we have the responsibility to follow and complete the project on time.

* (Ancillary Buildings) was our responsibility, each building come with different challenges.

* Coordinate and meet with all parts and start first layer, Follow-up the subcontractors to accomplish work on time.

* Daily reports, site visiting, remarks and notes, fix problems, give solutions.

* Worked as part of team, and drive the project to the right track, work by sequence.

 

• Worked as Interior Designer (Project, PRINCE Mohammad Bin Naif Office, Dahaban), responsibility:

* As a main contractor we have to follow the project plan, especially this project was a typical to (Riyadh Office).

* This project was full of details, a lot of materials, many specification’s to pay attention for.

* A part of my job was to coordinate with all engineers especially (Civil Engineer & Architect) and follow sequence drawing.

* Follow-up the subcontractors to accomplish their work on time, and deliver the works on time.

* 3D presentation was necessary to manage the details like materials and colors.

 

• Worked as Interior Designer (Project, National Guard Housing, Jeddah), responsibility:

* As member of team my responsibility was in technical office, (Interior Design Dep).

* We were responsible for shop drawings, materials, any details to be deliver to the site.

* Coordinate with the site group and follow up, give latest details and information if need.

* Prepare 3D perspectives’ for many areas and villas.

* Prepare presentations in cad or Photoshop if needed.

1. Worked as Interior Designer (Project, Precast Factory, Bahra Industrial Estate), responsibility:

 

* As a fresh Interior Designer after graduation 2005 started directly with SBG, (Saudi Binladin Group).

* It was a great opportunity for me to start in such project, my duty was in Technical Office.

* Worked as an Interior Architect, Interior Designer.

* Document Controller was part of the Job, Make daily & weekly Reports.

* Finalize and prepare the architectural drawings, finalize shop drawings.

* Prepare presentations if needed, any design and Photoshop drawings needed.
